Here is more information about the fire department and volunteer opportunities

It is the Mission of the Sheridan Volunteer Fire Department to protect the homes, property,

and quility of life from fire and other natural disasters for the residents of Sheridan and the

surrounding communities. This has been the tradition of the Sheridan Volunteer Fire

Department since its incorporation over 100 years ago in 1908
