2010 SAVE THE DATE Friday July 23rd 3rd Annual 2009 New Trends with Old Friends
Wine Fest: Planning has begun. The theme will be: New Trends with our Old Friends. The wines will be a variation of some of the newest selections of wines that are available this year. Come back for more updates! Saturday September 19th 2009 Moraine Room of the Philanthropy River Building, 120 N. Main Street in Sheridan from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. An evening of wine tasting and food paring was presented by Sheridan Main Street Improvement Team, this fall on September 19th 2009. Some of the items to be auctioned ** Skeet shoot at Ruby Springs Lodge for four (same value as last year) donated by RSL
** Georgetown Cabin for four for a weekend - must be used by April 1st (donated by Scott Payne family)
** Bobcat Game Package for two, includes tickets, seats in their Skyview Box, lunch and beverages (donated by the Towne and Walsh families)
** Standing Wine Rack donated by Thompson Distributing (don't have value yet, but will within a few days)
** Two large bottles of fine wine donated by Thompson Distributing (don't have the wine yet but will within a few days and will have the value then)
LAST YEAR! UNVEILING OF THE "FISH OUT OF WATER" Artist Series for display on Main Street Madison County, long known as a Mecca for fly fishing, will soon be home to 12 five-foot tall, 175 pound brightly painted trout sculptures. Fish Out Of Water, a community art project that commissioned 12 Montana artists to paint their vision of Montana’s history, heritage, and wildlife on the ‘canvas’ of a five-foot long trout, will be unveiled to the general public on Friday, August 29th at 6:00 PM at Peter T’s Park on Main Street in downtown Ennis, Montana and again at the Sheridan Wine Festival! ![]() Unveiling of Fish out of Water Sculptures
The event featured wines from different regions of the Northwestern States, appropriately pared with savory hors d'oeuvres and appetizers. The event will took place at the Moraine Room of the Philanthropy River Building, 120 N. Main Street in Sheridan from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Proceeds for the evening will help fund planned improvements to Sheridan Main Street.
A sampling of micro brews were also available for those that preferred their beverage with a little foam. A vast variety of silent auction items were donated
