The Ruby Watershed Council (RWC) has invited Kevin Smith, the Water Projects Bureau Chief of the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), to present at their monthly meeting on Wednesday April 16th, 2008.  The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm, and will be held in the community room of the Philanthropy River Building located at the northwest corner of Main and Hamilton streets in Sheridan, MT. 

            Mr. Smith will cover many aspects of the proposed Ruby Dam Project, including the current status and results of the recently completed feasibility study.  He will also discuss the preferred alternative proposal, the estimated costs and future plans for the Ruby Dam and reservoir.
